When I tell people at work what you 3 are doing, the response is--I hope my
kids turn out as well.  Your parents were proud of you before, now we are
proud to know you and what you're all doing.  Our prayers are with you for
good weather and safe travels and "may the wind be at your back."

Hey Guys and Gal,

Your logs are great! I've been following your progress thus far, and I will continue through the summer. I'm very proud of you, and I'm glad to hear you're doing well, and riding safely.  Thinking of you lots! I look forward to hosting you and feeding you lots of big, warm meals in Ottawa.

Love and pedals,

Hilary

Hi
How is it going?  I still think of you three often, and wanted to let
you know that as soon as I am back to work there will be a donation on
the way and when you reach the end of your journey there will be another
donation.  Hopefully the road Gods have been smiling on you and the bike
Gods have offered you good spinning.  I have done my part to make a
blood offering to appease them.....did a face plant the other
day..hahaha.  Seriously I hope the weather, bikes and food have been
good to you so far.
Last summer I and two friends cycle-camped part of the Kettle Valley
Railway from Midway to Osoyoos.  It was a great fun and even getting
caught in a snow storm in June was OK as we took shelter in the only
lodge for miles. Our plan was to just have coffe there and watch the
storm go by..but we ended up staying the night in their cheapest cabin.
It was the best thing we did, a good rest and good food and the sun
shone the next day.
Looking foreward to reading your logs of the entire journey and checking
out some of the pictures.
Happy trails
Grant

Great site  Fun to read the diary.  I will be thinking of you when you

Adam,
Long time no talk my friend! How have you been? Good I hope. I'm glad to
see that you are helping others with the ride for the cure. I would love to ride
with you cross country, but I wouldn't be able to take that much time off of
work. I have trouble getting a half day off let alone a month. Anyways, my man,
i look forward to hearing from you and wish you luck on your travels.
