Cross Country Bike Trek

This letter is to inform you of a fundraising opportunity that is being introduced by Nadia, Scott and Adam.  They are proposing to donate all the money raised on their bike ride across Canada this summer to the Canadian Cancer Society Wellington County Unit.  They will depart from Vancouver British Columbia on May 12th, 2001 and arriving in St. John's, [Newfoundland] on approximately August 15th, 2001.  The Canadian Cancer Society is very proud to be the recipient of these donations and we are looking forward to being a part of this adventure.

Your involvement, by donating, will help support our mission to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of those afflicted with the disease.  The Canadian Cancer Society relies solely on public donations and the volunteer efforts of many Canadians to carry its work of fundraising, serving patients and promoting healthy lifestyles.  Your help in making this proposal successful, will be deeply appreciated by those who will be helped by research and other programs of the Society, delivered locally by the Wellington County Unit.
